Turbo hard-running high-speed doors are rapidly operating, barrier-free isolation doors primarily used for quick separation to ensure dust-free air quality and maintain cleanroom standards in workshops. These doors offer multiple functions including thermal insulation, cold retention, insect-proofing, wind resistance, dustproofing, sound insulation, fire resistance, odor prevention, and daylighting. They are widely applied in industries such as food processing, textiles, electronics, supermarkets, cold storage, logistics, and warehousing.
These doors meet the demanding requirements of high-performance logistics and clean environments, while also saving energy, enabling high-speed automatic closure, improving operational efficiency, and creating an optimal working environment.

Mego Turbo Hard-Running High-Speed Roller Door – Technical Specifications
Control System
Equipped with a servo control system featuring a DSP chip core. The system precisely determines the door opening height by receiving feedback signals from the encoder at the motor’s rear end, ensuring accurate positioning without deviation.
Control Panel
Features a reinforced IP54-rated control cabinet for enhanced protection against dust and moisture.
Motor System
Comprises a rare-earth permanent magnet synchronous motor, encoder, power-failure braking system, large-inertia planetary gearbox, manual release mechanism, and emergency manual operation device. The system has strong overload capacity, capable of over 2,000 cycles in high-frequency applications. It includes a high-resolution 2,000-line encoder and is equipped with a manual release mechanism for ease of maintenance.
Lifting Mechanism
Utilizes aluminum alloy guide and load-bearing tracks, ensuring silent operation at high speeds with zero friction between the curtain and the track.
Door Curtain Structure
The JIEDE series spiral hard-type high-speed door features a segmented curtain design composed of: aluminum alloy slats, EPDM rubber seals, load-bearing hinges, and guide wheels.
- Aluminum Slat Thickness: 30mm–43mm
- Core Material: Polyurethane foam insulation filling
- Base Sheet Thickness: 0.7mm–1.7mm
- Material: Cold-formed 5052H32 aluminum-manganese alloy (Series 5), with tensile strength of 238N/㎡
- Surface Finish: Roll-coated paint film ≥250μm, guaranteed not to fade for 10 years

Safety Protection Systems
1. Infrared Safety Photoelectric Eyes
Installed on both sides of the door frame, these sensors detect objects beneath the door. If an object is present, the door remains open. During downward movement, if an obstruction passes underneath, the door automatically reopens to its highest position and waits until the area is clear before closing again.
2. Bottom Safety Edge
When an object lies within the blind spot of the infrared sensors, if the descending door contacts it, the safety edge triggers an immediate reversal, causing the door to rise back to the open position. This effectively protects people or objects below from injury or damage.
3. Light Curtain Protection System
This is Mego Industrial Doors’ most effective safety solution. A vertical “light wall” is installed along the door’s path, typically consisting of 18 sets of transmitter/receiver units. Using the RS-485 communication protocol, the system calculates the real-time position of the door curtain and provides reliable protection for personnel and equipment passing through. This feature comes standard on Mego doors, ensuring the highest level of operational safety.
